01 / WHERE THE METHOD COMES FROM

The origin

From credit analysis to commercial architecture.

For more than a decade my job was to decide, with written criteria and verifiable data, which applications moved forward and which didn't. In risk analysis nobody improvises: there is a file, a checklist and a threshold. Whoever receives an application knows exactly what to ask before taking up the committee's time.

When I started working with practices and firms I found the opposite. The professional receives thirty messages a day and there is no file, no checklist and no threshold: there is one person trying to guess which of those messages deserves an hour on the calendar. The result repeats in every sector. The calendar fills up with no prior filter of intent.

MenteIACreativa grew out of applying that discipline to this problem. Commercial architecture comes down to this: writing down the criteria that today live in the professional's head, and building the step that applies them before the inquiry takes up human time.

02 / WHAT I WORK WITH

Skills

Four analyses support every architecture I deliver.

01Market analysisWhat demand exists for a specialty in a specific city, and which words the decision-maker uses to search for it.
02Competitor analysisWhat those competing for the same case do, which narrative ground they hold and which they leave open.
03Client know-howThe professional's clinical, legal or technical criteria, written down. It is the raw material of the sorting system.
04Business intelligenceThe operation's numbers: booking rate, attendance, origin of each inquiry and the real cost of an empty hour.

03 / HOW I WORK

Principles

Five non-negotiable rules, because they are what makes the system hold.

  • No diagnosis, no execution. No build starts before the Structural Review.
  • When I don't know a number, I say so. An estimate is declared as an estimate, inside the report itself.
  • AI structures, a person decides. I use AI tools to organize data and speed up the work; the judgment comes from a person.
  • What can't be audited isn't automated. If a step leaves no reviewable trail, it is done by hand.
  • Turning down a project is a valid decision. A sorting system on top of an undefined offer fixes nothing.
Next step

If your calendar fills up with cases that don't fit, a conversation is worth it.

I run the Structural Review myself. I work primarily in Spanish; meetings can be held in English, and every deliverable is available in both languages. Sixty seconds in the assistant and your case reaches me summarized, so I can propose a date.
