What is commercial architecture?
It is the system of criteria, filters and decision routes that determines which incoming inquiry reaches your calendar and on what terms. Instead of depending on whoever answers WhatsApp, it creates a predictable path where the case that fits your specialty is identified and moves on its own to the first consultation.
What does MIC stand for?
MIC is short for MenteIACreativa. The MIC System is the method the firm uses to design the path between the first message and the first booked consultation, along three axes: attraction architecture, sorting before the consultation and booking infrastructure.
What's the difference between a digital marketing agency and a commercial consultancy?
A digital marketing agency produces traffic or content. A commercial consultancy reviews how an inquiry becomes a booked case and fixes that path. MIC designs the path before any execution: it defines which inquiry fits your specialty, builds the step that sorts it before it takes up professional time and hands the front desk a conversation with context and origin declared. What gets measured is the booking rate.
What kind of business is MenteIACreativa for?
Professional services and B2B firms whose service is hired after a first consultation or meeting: medical and dental practices, clinics, aesthetic medicine centers, law firms, accounting firms, technical consultancies and B2B service companies, in the United States, Ecuador, Colombia and Peru. Today it isn't a fit for mass-market products or for services closed in a single transaction.
02 / THE WORK
How long does the MIC system take to work?
The MIC sprint lasts four weeks: Structural Review, Commercial Architecture Report, build and handover. The system starts sorting inquiries the day it goes live. Booking and attendance rates are read on the dashboard at 30 and 60 days. We don't promise numbers.
What does working with MenteIACreativa look like?
The first step is this site's assistant: three fit questions, your sector, your typical fee per client, your name and your country. If there is a fit, MenteIACreativa receives the summary and books a Structural Review with you. That review produces the Commercial Architecture Report, and once the report is approved the system is built. All work is remote.
Will the system MIC builds be in my name?
Yes. Site, code, WhatsApp assistant and integrations are in your name, including domain, accounts and access. MIC supports the operation for 45 days after handover. No contract is needed to keep the system running.
Can the system work in Spanish and English?
Yes. For firms in the United States that serve Hispanic clients, pages, questions and WhatsApp routes can be built in both languages, and each version is marked so Google shows the right one to each visitor. We work primarily in Spanish; meetings can be held in English, and every deliverable is available in both languages.

What if I already get inquiries but few of them book?
That is the case MIC is designed for. When inquiries come in and the booking rate is low, the loss is usually in the stretch between the first message and the consultation. The Structural Review looks at your touchpoints to locate where intent is lost, and the sorting system is designed from there.
How much does a client intake system cost?
It depends on what you hire. An informational website is quoted by pages and design. An intake system is quoted as consulting plus implementation, because it includes the business study, the website, the WhatsApp assistant, the Google profile, search and AI visibility, and measurement. MenteIACreativa doesn't publish prices: the range is given in the Structural Review, once we know what your case needs.
How do I get ChatGPT to recommend my business?
ChatGPT recommends what it can read and cross-check. It needs a website that answers your clients' real questions in text, structured data that says who you are and what you do, a Google profile consistent with that website and mentions on sites you don't control. Nobody can guarantee the recommendation. What can be done is remove what blocks it today.
