Privacy policy
This site doesn't store personal data. No form asks for a name, email or phone number, and there is no database behind it. Here is the detail of what happens and what doesn't.
Last updated: October 2026 · In accordance with Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPDP, 2021). This is a translation of the Spanish version; in case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
01 · Controller

02 · What information this site handles
The “Book a Structural Review” assistant asks eight questions about the commercial structure of your service: sector, country, fee per case, whether there is a first consultation and your name. Those answers live only in the browser's memory during the visit. They are not sent to any MenteIACreativa server, are not stored in any database and disappear when you close the tab.
The only moment that information leaves your browser is when you press “Continue on WhatsApp”. The answers are then composed into a text message that you send, from your own account and with your own number. You can read and edit it before sending it.
03 · WhatsApp
When the conversation opens you are on WhatsApp, an external platform operated by Meta Platforms Inc. From that point on, your number and your messages are governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy. MenteIACreativa doesn't control that processing.
Messages that arrive this way are kept in the WhatsApp history to give continuity to the conversation. If you prefer them deleted, just ask through the same channel.
04 · Web analytics
This site measures its own performance with Umami, installed on its own server at analytics.menteiacreativa.com. It isn't Google Analytics, and the data is not shared with third parties.
Pages visited, reading time, how far you scroll and what you click are recorded. All of it in aggregate and anonymous form: no cookies, no device fingerprinting and no data that could identify a person. The IP address is used to infer the country and then discarded; it is not stored.
If you prefer not to appear even in that aggregate count, any analytics-blocking extension prevents it, and the site works the same.
05 · Cookies
This site doesn't set its own or advertising cookies, and there is no cross-site tracking.
Fonts are served from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from a server of Google LLC (United States) and, in doing so, shares your IP address with it. It is a technical request to render the text, and it sets no cookies.
06 · Your rights
The LOPDP recognizes the rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection and portability, among others. Since this site stores no identifiable personal data, there is nothing here on which to exercise them.
If you want to exercise them over a WhatsApp conversation or over information shared during a project, write to jimamoya@menteiacreativa.com. You will receive a reply within the time limits set by law.
07 · Minors
MenteIACreativa's services are aimed at professionals and organizations. This site isn't intended for minors and doesn't knowingly collect information from them.
08 · Changes to this policy
When the site changes in a way that affects what is written here, this document is updated and the date in the header reflects it.
09 · Supervisory authority
You can file a complaint with Ecuador's Superintendency of Personal Data Protection, in accordance with the LOPDP.
