The process

Four weeks, from the review to the handover.

MIC starts by reading, then designs, then builds. Each week ends with a deliverable you approve before the next one starts.

01 / WEEK BY WEEK

The sprint ladder

No step starts until the previous one is approved.

01

Structural Review

We review your current presence, your competitors and the path an inquiry follows today from arrival to booking. We pinpoint the exact stage where it is lost and how often. Without this step there is no execution.

WEEK 1 · DELIVERABLE: DIAGNOSIS WITH THE LOSS STAGE IDENTIFIED

02

Commercial Architecture Report

The research turns into decisions: the category you compete in, the narrative, the site architecture page by page, the WhatsApp system and the content structure for search engines and AI assistants. It is approved section by section.

WEEK 2 · DELIVERABLE: THE FULL REPORT, APPROVED BY YOU

03

Build

We build the site that educates and qualifies, the assistant that collects the case before human contact, and the layer that makes you retrievable for search engines and AI assistants. You follow progress on a private link throughout.

WEEKS 3 AND 4 · DELIVERABLE: THE SYSTEM LIVE

04

Handover and measurement

Domain, accounts, code and access stay in your name. We set up the dashboard by stage and train whoever handles the channel. For 45 days we support the operation and adjust what real use shows.

HANDOVER · 45 DAYS OF SUPPORT

02 / WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

Your part of the work

Three things only you can provide, and none takes more than an afternoon.

01 Your criteria, said out loud A recorded conversation where you explain how you decide which case you take, which you refer and what has to be answered before giving a date. The system's logic comes from there.
02 The numbers you already have How many inquiries come in per month, how many book and how many show up. Even an estimate is enough to measure before and after.
03 Access Domain, Google profile and the WhatsApp number that will receive inquiries. If something doesn't exist yet, we create it in your name.

What MIC doesn't ask of you: writing copy, picking templates or learning a new tool.

03 / WHAT WE MEASURE

Measurement by stage

Each stage has its own indicator, and none is read alone.

  1. 01Inquiries by channelATTRACT
  2. 02Inquiries that complete the assistantEDUCATE AND FILTER
  3. 03Booking rateCONVERSE
  4. 04Attendance rateCONVERT

Of the four, the booking rate tells you whether the system works. Message volume can rise for months while the calendar stays the same. A channel with fewer inquiries and a better mix is worth more than a saturated one.

Next step

The process starts with the review, before any proposal.

In the Structural Review we look at your current journey and show you what your Commercial Architecture Report would contain. No commitment to hire.

04 / QUESTIONS

What if the Structural Review shows MIC doesn't apply?

We say so and explain why. The review has two possible outcomes: move forward with the architecture or not intervene. Turning down a project that doesn't fit is part of the method, because a sorting system on top of an undefined offer fixes nothing.

Can I stop the sprint if the Commercial Architecture Report doesn't convince me?

Yes. The report is approved section by section before the build starts, and that is the checkpoint. If the proposed architecture doesn't reflect your criteria, it is corrected before a single line of code is written.

Who writes the site copy?

MIC. It comes from the recorded conversation where you explain your criteria, and from the market and competitor research. You review and correct it; you don't have to write it.

What happens after the 45 days of support?

The system keeps working: it's yours, on your domain and with your accounts. If you later want to extend it with a new module, it is hired separately. There is no mandatory monthly fee to keep what was delivered running.
