03 · What this site is and isn't
MenteIACreativa provides commercial architecture services for professional services and B2B firms. This site is informational and serves as a step before a conversation.
The assistant that asks eight questions is an indicative fit tool. Its result is a preliminary reading. It is neither a professional diagnosis nor a binding financial proposal. No contractual relationship arises from this site: any agreement is formalized in writing and separately, after a Structural Review.
04 · Published cases
The cases on this site are described by their commercial structure and never by the name of the organization, to protect the confidentiality of each project. The figures that accompany them belong to the projects cited and are declared as such within the text. They describe what happened in those cases and do not constitute a promise of results for any other.
05 · Intellectual property
The texts, method, diagrams, code and trademarks on this site belong to MenteIACreativa, except where other authorship is indicated. You may quote excerpts with attribution and a link to the source page. Reproducing the site or the method systematically, whether for commercial purposes or not, requires written authorization.
06 · Third-party links and platforms
This site links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn and TikTok, among others. Those platforms have their own conditions and policies, and MenteIACreativa is not responsible for their content, their availability or how they process your data.
07 · Availability and limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. Every effort is made to keep the information accurate and up to date, without guaranteeing that it is error-free or that the service is uninterrupted. MenteIACreativa is not liable for damages arising from the use of the information published here when it is applied without the prior analysis the method itself requires.
08 · Permitted use
You may read, quote with attribution and use the assistant to assess your own case. You may not attempt to access non-public parts of the site, scrape its content at scale, or use it to train third-party systems without authorization.
09 · Changes
These terms may be updated. The date in the header indicates the version in force, which applies from the moment it is published.
10 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of Quito.
