Commercial architecture · Professional services and B2B

We use data to design the system that decides which inquiry reaches your calendar.

Inquiries already reach you through WhatsApp, web forms or your Google profile. The problem is the mix. We build the step that sorts every inquiry before it takes up your calendar, in Spanish and in English, so the cases that reach your WhatsApp arrive qualified.

01 / SYMPTOMS

In the words of whoever runs the calendar

The same four symptoms show up in practices, law firms, consultancies and B2B service companies.

Pick the one that sounds like your week. The assistant starts from there.

The business already has the value. What's missing is the structure that turns every inquiry into a decision.

HANDOVER

For firms in the United States that serve Hispanic clients, every page, question and WhatsApp route can be built in Spanish and in English, so a client and a partner read the same criteria in their own language. We work primarily in Spanish; meetings can be held in English, and every deliverable is available in both languages. See the process week by week.

03 / CASES

Some sectors we have analyzed

Different structures, the same gap: valuable assets with no system connecting them.

Commercial structureThe gap, beforeThe MIC architecture, after

High-complexity clinical service

Before

A single channel received everything from a cleaning to a surgery, with no way to tell how complex the case was.

After

An assistant with 27 situations across 7 routes. Case complexity decides the order of the calendar.

Portfolio across several lines and cities

Before

Twenty-eight overlapping workflows and inquiries lost between offices in different cities.

After

A web hub with seven preconfigured entry points and a matrix that sorts by line and by city.

Manufacturer with a technical catalog

Before

A catalog with no verifiable data and a WhatsApp line that received orders without specifications.

After

A live catalog fed by a single data source, three entry points depending on how far along the client, an apparel factory, already is, and an assistant that builds the order.

Cases are described by their commercial structure, without naming the business. The full portfolio is in MIC Architecture. Figures come from each project's Commercial Architecture Report and are published only with the client's permission.

04 / QUESTIONS

How do I get more clients without spending more on ads?

Start with what happens to the inquiries you already pay for. If the budget goes up and the calendar stays the same, the leak is after the ad: in the reply, the filter or the follow-up. MIC fixes that stage before recommending more spend, and ads come in once the system already sorts.

How can a law firm get clients without relying on referrals?

In Clio's 2024 mystery-shopper study, only 33% of 500 US law firms answered an inquiry by email. A firm also receives cases outside its practice and spends hours turning them down. The first step is to write down which cases it takes and publish that so Google and AI assistants can find it: pages by case type, real questions answered and a consistent Google profile. Then a WhatsApp assistant asks what matters before the first meeting.

How can a B2B service firm qualify inquiries before the first meeting?

In B2B several people decide and it takes weeks, so the journey has to educate before the first meeting: pages that explain the problem you solve with cases described by structure, questions that filter size, timeline and who decides, and an assistant that hands over the meeting with that context in writing. In Deltek's 2025 study of almost 700 architecture and engineering firms in the US and Canada, proposal volume fell 38% while awarded value grew 52%. Being selective before proposing paid off.

Do you work with businesses in the United States?

Yes. We work remotely and primarily in Spanish; meetings can be held in English, and every deliverable is available in both languages. We invoice in US dollars and work on Quito time (UTC-5, no daylight saving). Reviews and testimonials follow the FTC's 2024 rule, and the WhatsApp assistant never asks for health information.

More questions on the model, cost and AI are in the FAQ.

Next step

Before any proposal, a Structural Review.

I'm not asking you to hire anything today. The next step is a Structural Review: we look at the gaps in your current journey and show you what your Commercial Architecture Report would look like.
